The short version
I collect the minimum I need to run this business, I never sell your information, and you can ask me what I have or ask me to delete it at any time.
What I collect
When you subscribe, book a call, or join the email list, I collect what you give me: your name, your email, and, for paid offerings, billing details handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. The site itself doesn't run invasive tracking.
How I use it
To deliver what you signed up for: running your membership, sending the newsletter and member communications, scheduling calls, and improving the work. That's it.
The tools I rely on
This business runs on a small set of services that process data on my behalf: Stripe for payments, Substack and Kit for email, OneCal for scheduling, Zoom for live sessions, WhatsApp for the member chat, and Notion for the member library. Each has its own privacy policy and handles your data under its own terms.
Recordings
Live Studio Sessions are recorded so members can catch up. By joining a live session you consent to being part of the recording, which is shared only inside the membership.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't run ad trackers or invasive analytics. Third-party services I link to, like Stripe checkout or Substack, may set their own cookies when you use them, under their own policies.
Where your data lives
My tools process data in the United States. I keep your information only as long as I need it to serve you: when you leave, your member data goes too, apart from what tax and payment records legally require me to keep.
What I never do
I don't sell your data, rent your data, or share it with anyone for advertising. Ever.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from emails with one click, cancel your membership anytime, and ask me to show you or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just email me@clairemarie.co.
Not for kids
This site and my services are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if I learn I have, I'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, I'll note it here and let members know.
